　Kumamoto prefecture local specialties is Basashi. English mean house slice of raw fish. Kumamoto prefecture selling by supermarket. It is “Tategami” part is very rare. It is came made another dish.

 

 

Oita prefecture is famous Kabosu lime looks like lemon. It

 is looks like lemon. Taste sour. Color is green.

 

 Nagasaki prefecture is famous Sponge cake. It is other taste. And very sweet and soft, It is come to the Portuguese Republic.

 

 Kagoshima prefecture is famous Black Pork. It is pork. And out of the ordinary color. Almost shyabusyabu Japanese dish. Very good taste.

 

 Fukuoka prefecture is famous Salted cod roe. It is salty and lumps. Japanese race and salted cod roe eat.
